Wood pieces are not exactly like the pictures but come from the same source.
Small piece: ~2″-4″ x 5″-12″ ideally used for small orchids such as Tolumnias and terrarium orchids
Medium: ~5″-7″ x 12″ Used for bigger plants such as some Phalaenopsis or Dendrobiums
Large: larger than 7″x 12″
